Day 126- July 9

Standard

Starting back is rough.  It is amazing the control sugar and caffeine has over us.  Knowing that I feel better without it, but still craving it like crazy.  I remind myself why I started this journey and use that to stay strong.

Breakfast

Sausage, egg, and smoked swiss/cheddar

Lunch

Turkey Salad with cucumber, tomato, and feta topped with a balsamic vinegrette.

Dinner

2 bowls chicken and wild rice soup

Overall it was a good day.  In the evening I want to snack and have junk but I stayed strong and didn’t cave!  I can do this.  I deserve to be healthy!

 

Goal 199 by 29! Current weight 210.8.
