Breakfast  (e) : left over chicken and rice soup to which Olivia wanted some and took about half…

Lunch (fp): lemon pepper chicken sandwich w/o bun from artic circle…

Dinner: I got the kids mcdonalds after spending about 4 hours at the pool but I wanted to stay on plan. I made the cab and sausage from the cookbook. I made a single serving since I was the only one eating.

I should have eaten more today, but I had an emotional start to the day.

On good news I weighed in today at 218.0! Staying on track…I can do this.
