Last Monday I weighed in at 231. I am down 6.4 lbs weighing in at 224.6 this Monday!!!
Wahoo! It’s already midnight so I’ll keep it brief. I forgot to right down my exact times I finished eating today so I just rounded off. I ate every 3 hours basically. I got a late start but was super busy ALL day!
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal & Berries
Only ate about half of it. I really don’t like oatmeal. And my kids took about half the berries.
I made chicken salad out of some rotisserie chicken. I ate the lettuce ones first and only made it half way through the wrap before I was full.
