Banana Berry and Okra Smoothie
leftover shrimp stir-fry
1/4 cup homemade fried rice
this is technically a cheat as it was made with jasmine rice. I took the left over rice from the other night and turned it into fried rice for Tim, but I wanted some so I limited myself to 1/4 cup trying to keep it from being a cross over. I also realized there were WAY to many carrots in this portion so I did not eat them all.

Berry Salad with homemade balsamic vinegar dressing.
I went to long between breakfast and lunch. I am going to have to find a way to work around this for church or it might just be 5 hours.
