Day 3, 3/8


So last night was rough:
Bed at 11pm
Grayson up at midnight
Olivia up at 3am
Izzy (the dog) retching at 5am
Grayson up for the day at 6:45

I am so tired, but we are too busy.  I got up cleaned up a bit; started laundry; made breakfast; did Olivia’s homeschool work; went through Olivia’s closet to see what clothes I need to buy at the consignment sale on Friday; made lunch; cleaned the kitchen; cleaned toys for toy drive at church; made a snack; went to the Dollar Store, went to Ikea; went through the drive thru at Chick-fil-a; went to Awana; took the dog for a walk and put everyone to bed!

BUSY DAY!  BUT I stayed on plan!!!


Food Journal:

Breakfast (S):
2 eggs cooked with butter and topped with cheese
2 slices of ham
a few black berries

Lunch (E):
leftovers from last nights Layered Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken

Snack (FP):
celery with pepper jack laughing cow cheese
2oz cajun turkey

Dinner (S*because of the fat in the dressing):
Market Salad from Chick-fil-A (no granola or almonds)
Zesty Apple Cider Dressing —won’t do this again (too much sugar)!

Okay so technically dinner was a slight cheat because of the dressing, but hey its better than what I normally order which is a Chick-fil-A sandwich with large fries, polnesian suace, a cookie, and a large cherry coke.  I think next time I will go with the southwest salad because the dressings have a lot less sugar.  Chick-fil-A is a staple at our house especially on Wednesday nights when we have to be at church and eating at home due to the distance isn’t an easy option.
