Day 106, December 16th

My shoulders are sore today, mostly the right, but not really sure why.  I could have just slept on them funny, but I have tried to take time to stretch it out numerous times over the day hoping the tenderness will ease up tomorrow.

I started of with a cheese stick and grapes for breakfast, because I decided to get up and go to a morning Zumba class.

I took the protein shake with me to drink after the class.  I burned 317 calories in today’s class!

Olivia and I then went to run some errands. I had to get some cuties for her Christmas Party at preschool tomorrow morning. I was also out of bread. I picked up some bran bread instead of white. It has twice the protein as the white bread I have been buying.

For lunch I took a burrito bowl out of the freezer and added a tablespoon of sour cream, half an avacado, and some fresh cilantro.

It was delicious just like last time!

For a snack this evening I chose celery stick with almond butter.

I had to share a bite with Olivia, thus what is missing.  She then begged me to play a game so I broke out one of my childhood favorites.

And now we have a cootie infestation in our house!

For dinner I finally cooked the pork tenderloin. It would have been better grilled, but oh well.  I hate that the package states it takes 40 – 45 minutes, but it actually took an hour and half!

I added the sweet mashed potatoes and broccoli. Only 370 calories for the plate.

So here is how the whole day shakes out:

Total Calories 1522 – Zumba 317 = 1205

Fat 47 g / 27%

Carb 179 g / 47%

Protein 98 g / 26%

Steps 10622

Water (I sucked) 50 oz which probably explains why I feel hungry!

Lunch Left over Pork Tenderloin w/ sweet potato and broccoli
Pm Snack Deli Roll up
Dinner Shrimp and Avocado Salad
