Weigh In Day 15, September 16th


I lost 1.6 lbs this week!  Its not a huge number like last time, but it is still a loss. They (the doctors) say it is good to lose a pound or two pounds a week for healthy weight loss.

Water was done today and I was feeling blah so I didn’t do any exercise and only walked 2082 steps.  BOO.  I did resist going to Taco Time and getting a two fried juans though (saved 860 calories)!

10:00 155 calories

12:30 + 3 Mcdonalds fries a small is 260 calories i’m going high I think with 30 calories

12:50 220 calories

ranch turkey burger patty (170)

Roasted Zucchini (20)

BBQ Sauce (30)

16oz water

16oz water over the afternoon

6:00 540 calories

pad thai (400)

egg roll (140)

8oz water

8oz water over the evening

9:50 1 turtle 60 calories

Total Calories 1005
